Newborn Care Class - In Person & Virtual, Covered by Insurance
A focused, hands-on class on the everyday skills of caring for your newborn - before you are learning them at 3am.
This class is dedicated entirely to hands-on newborn care skills - the day-to-day handling, bathing, diapering, and soothing techniques every new parent needs. It pairs well with our Postpartum & Newborn Education class, which covers postpartum recovery and mental health in more depth.
Why This Class Exists
Newborn Handling Is a Skill You Can Practice Before Baby Arrives
Holding, bathing, and dressing a newborn feels intimidating the first time - and most families are learning it for the first time in the hospital or at home, exhausted and overwhelmed. This class gives you hands-on practice ahead of time, using an infant doll, so the basics feel familiar rather than frightening.
