Doula Care Questions
Is doula care covered by insurance?
Many plans include doula benefits, but eligibility, authorization, covered services, visit limits, and cost sharing vary. We verify your specific plan before care begins.
Can I use PPO, Carrot, or employer family-building benefits?
Possibly. Eligibility and documentation requirements vary. We can provide itemized documentation when appropriate, but reimbursement is determined by your plan or benefit administrator.
Will I meet my doula first?
Yes. You meet with Tayna or her designated doula partner before your care plan is finalized so you can ask questions and make sure the support feels right.
Where is in-person birth support available?
In-person birth doula availability is currently limited to births planned at Murrieta birth locations. Virtual support may be available outside Murrieta.
