Does every active Birthstone client receive access?+
Yes. Birthstone provides the invitation and access for active clients. Please register through the invitation we send rather than purchasing a separate parent account.
Is a birth plan a contract?+
No. It is a communication and education tool. You can change your mind, and recommendations may change as your clinical circumstances change.
Can my partner or doula see my plan?+
Motherboard allows you to invite collaborators so the people supporting you can review your choices in real time.
What if I need help understanding a topic?+
Bring the topic to your Birthstone appointment or doula visit. We can help you prepare questions and discuss how the information relates to your individual care.
Is Motherboard part of Birthstone?+
Motherboard Birth is an independent third-party platform. Birthstone provides eligible clients access and incorporates the completed plan into collaborative preparation.
