How Coverage Works for Each Plan
Kaiser Permanente
Kaiser members can receive prenatal care, midwifery-led home birth support, and lactation services through Birthstone Midwifery once benefits are verified and any authorization requirements are met. Our team coordinates directly with Kaiser on your behalf.
IEHP (Inland Empire Health Plan)
Eligible IEHP members receive prenatal care and lactation support with a personalized, education-focused midwifery model - longer visits, consistent provider continuity, and direct access between appointments.
Health Net
Eligible Health Net members can access midwifery-led prenatal care once coverage is confirmed through our free benefits verification process. Billing is handled directly, so you are not filing claims yourself.
Coverage depends on active eligibility, plan requirements, authorization when required, and benefit verification. Insurance must be verified before services are confirmed.
